Terrible food and that with the prices! Waited over 1.5 hours for the food and then was bitterly disappointed. Ordered tacos with prawns so that they cannot be crispy, of course. But they were simply smacked into the bowl with the "Mexican" rice. The filling of the tacos consisted of 97% onions, see pictures. Ordered Buffalo Wings, they were neither spicy nor salted. As far as I know, guacamole is made from avocado, but something was delivered here that had nothing to do with avocado. All other dishes were prepared very carelessly, greasy and tasteless and have nothing to do with "Mexican food". There is one star for the nice delivery service!

One star is actually still too many. Have ordered through Lieferando. After TWO hours I asked what happened to our order by phone. The good man on the phone seemed clueless and weighed us off with "is on the way" after asking for the delivery address. When I was hesitant about how long it would take, something was called into the background in a language we did not know and just hung up. The food came about 10 minutes later. It was cold and the meat of our "schnitzel" had such a pungent taste of pet food that it was inedible. A 30 euro order for the bin. More than annoying.

Filthy shop .... Instead of 65 minutes we waited over 2 hours for the food ... the food was cold, mushy and not really edible. There was also no court. Nobody answered the phone. Seldom had such bad food .......

The worst money spent in my life.

Delivery service is an outrage. We have now ordered two times. Unfortunately, we couldn't remember the second time, only when we waited well over 2 hours again.

I ordered with my girlfriend via Lieferanndo at Amigo Hilton, since it is Sunday evening, when the supermarkets are open, but my girlfriend was hungry for nachos, we thought we'd order nachos there. I have to say when we saw the price for both Nacho creations we thought, wow, expensive but at least the product will be good and it makes our TV evening perfect. When the food came, I had to say, the portion was really small and decorated very carelessly, but when we ate it, I just have to say it honestly, I have never eaten anything bad and disgusting and I am not a classic and big bitter and am the first who likes to spend his money on good food but this dish that was delivered to us is not just a cheek it is just a shame and really don't understand how you can offer and deliver something like that! Not only that I feel sick now and that I have a stomachache, for the best sake I can't imagine ever ordering anything in this restaurant again and one star is one star too many!

One star is still too many for this delivery service, first it said the supplier will be there and 3 phone calls later they hadn't even prepared my order. One hour of loss of earnings, as expected with the order. The offer to get a discount on your next order was of course declined. NEVER order there.

The longest worst delivery time I've ever had. Eating far too greasy and that's how everyone eats.

I don't know why so many write a bad review, the food is great and the delivery times are always on time. Even in the corona period they always delivered on time.

A star because the supplier was nice and the order was delivered quickly. The food was not worth a star. A large part of the order was exchanged or was missing completely. The fries were flabby, unsalted, and cold. The rice was dry and inedible. Everything that was baked just tasted like cheese. The salad dressing was far too sweet. The nachos baked with minced meat and cheese didn't taste like anything either. A little tip: you have to season minced meat !! Nachos were the cheap ones from Netto. I can throw the 30 euros into the drain and have more of it. No recommendation!

The food is relatively good (only ordered Mexican dishes). However, the service and especially the website leave a lot to be desired. If you google 'Amigo Hilton Bochum', you will be directed to various websites of the restaurant (at least 3 different websites) which can also be ordered, but I can only advise against it! The numerous pages of the operator do not work. We placed an order and even received a confirmation email. However, our order was not processed and after a waiting time of 1 hour, we were informed on request that the website was not working and that this was normal. So that we had to order again from Lieferando and wait again 1h, give it! You have to say, order via Lieferando works ....

Really terrible the owner something so cheeky and so I often ordered there but will never do something cheeky again I have never rated anything but something like that does not work at all

Essen arrives very late. The food was cold, the fries were rock hard and part of the order was missing completely. We were happy to try something new but absolutely not recommendable here.

We ordered food with the note that it will take longer than expected (90 min). After 2 hours I asked politely whether everything went well with the order and whether the order was still coming. Then it was said that the order is on its way. 2:45 after the time of ordering I called again and asked where I was put off again. But not even friendly. The food arrived 10 minutes later (driving distance to the "restaurant" less than 5 minutes) Unfortunately, it did not turn out for the better at this point in time. The food was freezing cold. The conclusion is unfortunately sobering: waited almost 3 hours, poor communication and cold food. Pity!
